Loper Open to feature Div. I wrestlers, Div. 2 top-ranked UNO

KEARNEY — In some ways, the UNK Loper Open marks the end of the first portion of the collegiate wrestling season.

“The first part of the season, it’s rough,” UNK coach Marc Bauer said. “We probably spend a greater majority of our time in the room beating up on each other as opposed to being out in competition against other schools.

“But we’re almost through it and looking forward to getting some duals under our belt.”
