Knoblauch Chooses School

Heads to Grand Canyon University

California State Finalist, Steven Knoblauch has made his college decision. He has informed TheOpenMat that he will continue his wrestling career at Division II Grand Canyon State, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Knoblauch was a Reno Tournament Champion last season before being injured and missing California’s State Tournament. In 2009, Steven was a state runner-up at 103lbs.

He heads to a Grand Canyon squad ranked 12th in the preseason Div. II Rankings. The Lopers are lead by Head Coach R.C. LaHaye.

Knoblauch was named as our #7 recruit nationally in our Top Prospect Report at 133lbs.
