Seton Hill Posts 24-19 Dual Victory over AIC

GREENSBORO, Pa. - Seton Hill University won six out of four bouts on its way to a 24-19 win over the American International College wrestling team Friday night. Junior 133 Aaron Smith (Kent, Wash.) notched a 15-3 major decision over senior Josh Testa (Greensburg, Pa.).

The Griffins, who won four of their matches by decision, improved their dual record to 1-0, while the Yellow Jackets fell to 0-1.

Sophomore 141 Chris Hoffman (Aberdeen, Md.) had a 6-0 win over sophomore Mike Grant (Greensburg, Pa.). Junior Ronnie Tetreault (Ludlow, Mass.) pinned junior Randall Wagner (North East, Pa.) in 2:29.

Junior Ken Trumbetta (Greensburg, Pa.) pulled out a hard fought 2-0 triple overtime win over AIC freshman Kyle Crisafulli (Phoenix, N.Y.).

The Yellow Jackets will next compete against Shippensburg and Rutgers at the Sprawl and Brawl in Binghamton, N.Y., November 21.
