John Meeks reconsidering commitment to Nebraska wrestling
Three-time state wrestling champion John Meeks is reconsidering an oral commitment he made to Nebraska, though Meeks has not de-committed, his father Keith said Tuesday.
Meeks announced in March that he would follow his brother, Blake, to Lincoln.
Blake Meeks, who was 0-2 in his freshman season at Nebraska, has decided to transfer to North Carolina School of the Arts, meaning John Meeks would no longer be able to wrestle on the same team as his older brother.
