UFC 134: Ian Loveland bullies with actions, not words

Ian Loveland is focused on being the mean bully at UFC 134, albeit without the verbal spews employed by his Team Quest associate.

Loveland is gearing up to fight former WEC fighter Yves Jabouin in Brazil at the UFC’s return to Rio de Janeiro on Saturday.  The Oregon native is ecstatic about the opportunity to compete in the land of Gracies.

“I imagine it’s going to be a pretty high-energy event,” Loveland told MMADieHards.com.  “The show sold out really fast.  I know how the Brazilian fans are with other sporting events, so I think this will be the coolest trip I’ve ever been on.”

Loveland, like every other MMA personality in visiting Rio, is excited to see the beautiful country of Brazil.  But this is a business trip for “The Barn Owl.”
